A welcoming and supportive primary school in Bexley is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team immediately on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about supporting children''s learning and making a positive impact across the primary age range.

• Full-time, permanent position

• Immediate start available

• Supporting teaching and learning across the school

• Delivering interventions and covering classes when required

• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress

• Hold HLTA status or equivalent experience

• Have previous experience within a primary school setting

• Be confident leading whole-class learning

• Have strong behaviour management skills

• Be passionate, proactive, and adaptable

• A friendly and supportive team

• Well-behaved and enthusiastic pupils
