      <description>Location: Hillingdon | Salary: &amp;pound;32500 - &amp;pound;35500/annum | Type: Permanent | HLTA - Phonics Intervention &amp; PPA Cover    Salary:  NJC Grade 6, Scale Points 13-19 -32,550.40 - -35,543.94 actual per annum (depending on experience)    About the Role   We are looking for a committed and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support pupils with severe and complex learning needs across different key stages.  The role involves leading phonics interventions throughout the school and providing PPA cover to ensure continuity of high-quality teaching and learning. You will work closely with teachers, subject leads and support staff to deliver tailored learning approaches that meet individual student needs.
