      <description>Location: Winchester | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Contract | HLTA - Winchester - Full Time - September Start  An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in the Winchester area from September.  We are seeking a confident HLTA who is passionate about supporting children''s learning and development across the primary age range. The successful HLTA will work closely with teachers and school leaders to deliver high-quality support within the classroom, lead interventions and small group work, and provide class cover when required.  This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:20am until 3:30pm on an ongoing contract, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate.  The ideal HLTA will have previous experience working within a primary school setting and will be comfortable supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Strong behaviour management skills, excellent communication and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
