      <description>Location: Chatham | Salary: &amp;pound;110 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Permanent | Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)    Location:  Chatham, Kent  Start Date:  September 2026  Contract:  Full-Time   Join Our Team   We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate  Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)  to join our supportive team from  September 2026 . This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the education and wellbeing of our Year 4 pupils.  The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, support small groups of pupils, and provide tailored one-to-one support for a child with additional needs.   Key Responsibilities     Deliver targeted interventions and learning activities to  small groups of Year 4 pupils .    Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons in line with the  Key Stage 2 curriculum .    Work  one-to-one  with a pupil who experiences  anxiety, autism, and sensory processing needs , adapting approaches to meet their individual requirements.
