Academics Canterbury are seeking an experienced HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Folkestone from September. This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident leading lessons and supporting learning across the primary age range.

The role as an HLTA:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Support whole-class teaching when required
• Deliver small-group interventions
• Assist teachers with planning and classroom organisation
• Support pupil progress across the curriculum

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Previous UK school experience essential
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
