Key Responsibilities Service, repair, and fault-find HIUs. Diagnose and resolve heating and hot water faults. Complete job reports and maintain service records. Follow health, safety, and company procedures. Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties. Requirements NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Experience servicing and repairing HIUs Experience working in social housing (desirable) Full UK driving licence Benefits Company van and fuel card Uniform and PDA Annual leave allowance Company pension Permanent
