To install, service, repair, and maintain Heat Interface Units (HIUs), ensuring reliable heating and hot water services. Support metering and billing by installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining heat meters and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and fault-find HIUs.
• Install, commission, and replace HIUs and heat meters.
• Diagnose and resolve heating, hot water, and metering faults.
• Ensure accurate meter readings and support billing systems.
• Complete job reports and maintain service records.
• Follow health, safety, and company procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties.

Requirements

• Experience servicing and repairing HIUs.
• Knowledge of heat metering and billing systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant plumbing/heating qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
