History/English Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and resilient Qualified Teacher to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Tower Hamlets.This is a rewarding opportunity to work with young people who require additional support to re-engage with education.The Role:Deliver 6-7 History lessons per week (KS3/KS4).Provide ad hoc English cover as required.Plan, prepare and assess in line with curriculum expectations.Support students with diverse social, emotional and behavioural needs.Implement and manage Exam Access Arrangements, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations.Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEN teams.The Ideal Candidate:Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).Has experience working in a PRU, alternative provision or with vulnerable learners.Demonstrates knowledge and experience of Exam Access Arrangements.Is adaptable, calm and committed to inclusive practice.Has strong behaviour management skills.To work with Tradewind Recruitment, apply now or email (url ..... full job details .....
