A secondary school in central Milton Keynes is seeking a passionate History Teacher to join their Humanities department. You will deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, fostering critical thinking, analytical writing skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for history.
About the Role:
- Deliver dynamic and engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Support students in enhancing essay writing and exam preparation skills
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and EAL
- Participate in educational trips, enrichment activities, and curriculum development initiatives
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4
- Thorough understanding of the History curriculum and exam requirements
- Innovative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
