Salary: andpound;168 - andpound;223 per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across KS3andndash;KS5, tailored to diverse learning styles
- Foster critical thinking and debate, encouraging students to connect historical events with modern contexts
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as history clubs, trips, or themed events
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually enhance teaching strategies and resources
Qualifications andamp; Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
- Strong subject knowledge in History, with the ability to teach up to A-Level
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A creative approach to lesson planning, making history engaging and accessible
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and teamwork
