A knowledgeable and engaging History Teacher is required for a temporary part-time position at a well-regarded Independent school in Brent, commencing as soon as possible. Responsibilities

  • You will plan and deliver captivating History lessons that bring the past to life, sparking curiosity and critical thinking in students.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in History is essential.
  • Experience teaching engaging and effective History lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 is highly desirable.
  • A deep and current understanding of British and world history, coupled with the ability to make the subject relevant and engaging, is expected.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside strong classroom management, are vital to creating a positive and intellectually stimulating learning environment.
