Role Overview: Support the Head of History in the strategic leadership and management of the department. Assist in the development and implementation of an engaging and challenging History curriculum. Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning, ensuring high standards. Lead on specific departmental projects and initiatives. Provide mentorship and support to colleagues. Teach engaging History lessons across all key stages.
