Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring inclusivity and differentiation. Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive and focused learning environment. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support development. Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain continuity in the curriculum and student progress.The Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has previous experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4 level in a UK secondary school. Possesses strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to building student relationships. Is passionate about History and able to inspire students to engage with the subject.
