You will play a key role in managing day-to-day hire activities, supporting customers, and driving operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Hire Manager, you will: Work collaboratively with the Hire Desk team to support hire operations nationwideManage the day-to-day activity of a hire department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionOversee all aspects of short-term hire including scheduling, customer communication, transport bookings, quotations, and invoicingLead and support the team to ensure all hire administration is accurate and completed on timeBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, identifying cross-hire opportunitiesDevelop strong customer relationships and resolve issues quickly and effectivelyTake ownership of day-to-day operational challengesWork closely with Service and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceEnsure compliance with internal CRM ..... full job details .....
