Hire Desk Manager

A well-established independent tool hire company is seeking a Hire Desk Manager to join its Croydon depot.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional with experience in tool hire, plant hire, construction supply, or logistics, who is looking to take the next step in a fast-paced and supportive environment.The Hire Desk Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the hire desk, ensuring efficient coordination of equipment, accurate administration, and a consistently high level of customer service.Working closely with the General Manager and depot team, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing hire activity, supporting operations, and acting as a main point of contact for the depot when required.This is a hands-on and varied role requiring strong communication, organisation, and the ability to work well under pressure.
