The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and become an integral part of the business''s future growth and success.OverviewSupport the day-to-day running of a busy Tool and Plant Hire operationManage customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-faceProcess hire orders, quotations, and contractsCoordinate equipment availability, deliveries, and collectionsSupport and supervise depot staff where requiredBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsResolve customer queries and operational issuesAssist with planning, scheduling, and resource managementSupport senior management with depot operationsTake ownership and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsPrevious experience within Tool Hire, Plant Hire, Equipment Hire, or Builders MerchantsExperience as a Hire Controller, Hire Desk Manager, Depot Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Operations ManagerStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureCommercial awareness and understanding of depot ..... full job details .....
