Hire Desk Controller £26,000 - £30,000 P/A Havant Full time Permanent Monday to Friday Add 1st question relevant to the job Add 2nd question relevant to the job Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Hire Desk Controller to join their team.The main purpose of this Hire Desk Controller role is to support the hire function, responding proactively to business needs. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Service Manager your responsibilities will include: Acting as a main point of contact for customers hiring equipment through the business Coordinating the hire process, handling enquiries, quotes, availability, delivery, installations, off-hiring, collections, etc. Monitoring fleet availability and fuel management for the equipment on hireCreating job requests for schedule planned servicing, callouts, and remedial worksArranging replacements for equipment which is faulty, damaged, lost, or stolenIdentifying opportunities to maximise hire orders and producing relevant quotations.
