A new opportunity has arisen for a Hire Desk Controller to join us at Premier Platforms; an independent access equipment hire company. We provide a range of diesel, battery, hybrid and LPG-powered equipment to a wide range of customers, including construction firms, utilities providers, and other private and public sector organisations, as well as residential users requiring lifting and access equipment.What''s in it for you?Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annumProfit-based bonus schemePension enrolment and contributionHealth scheme25 days annual leave + bank holidaysWhat you''ll be doing as Hire Desk Controller at Premier Platforms:Working with rehire companies to source equipment for your customers when it''s not available in-houseManaging a high volume of incoming and outgoing hires for clients such as construction/racking companies, and facilities maintenance teamsSupporting a range of customers including utilities companies (emergency repairs), as well as other private and public sector clients and residential users needing lifting and access equipmentCommunicating with internal teams and external customers via email and telephoneProcessing administrative enquiriesProviding expert advice and guidance to ensure customers select the correct equipment for their needsWhat we''re looking for in a Hire Desk ControllerStrong planning and organisational skillsExperience working within plant, access equipment, or tool hire environmentsPrevious experience within any plant or ..... full job details .....
