Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hire contracts from booking through to off-hire and invoicing
- Coordinate with customers, transport, sales, and workshop teams
- Maintain accurate equipment availability and contract records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Ensure all documentation and billing details are accurate and up to date
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication with a confident telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in plant hire essential
- Experience using Syrinx system (training provided)
- Previous hire desk or customer account management experience
