NEOS Recruitment are partnered with a leading powered access hire company who are recruiting for a National Hire Controller to manage key customer accounts across their extensive depot network. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional service and is seeking a dedicated professional to support both customers and internal teams in a dynamic environment.

The Role:

As a National Hire Controller, you will be responsible for efficiently handling large customer accounts and their requests nationwide. This office-based role focuses on maintaining high service standards, coordinating with depot teams, and ensuring seamless hire operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing large customer accounts and processing their hire requests across the depot network.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Supporting depot teams with coordination and operational queries.
• Monitoring and maintaining service standards to meet company expectations.
• Handling enquiries, quotes, and hire agreements efficiently.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimise processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or hire controller role.
• Background in powered access or the hire industry (preferable).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident in building relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Full commitment to office-based working (5 days per week, no hybrid).
• No specific qualifications required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary between £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (negotiable).
• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm. (No overtime available)
• Office-based role with a supportive team environment.
