Overview:
A new opportunity for a Hire Controller to join a prominent company that provides a wide range of solutions for temporary and off-grid power generation.
As a Hire Controller, you will be coordinating equipment deliveries, overseeing contract administration and assisting with invoicing.-
What do I need?
- Prior experience working as a Hire Controller
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with internal and external clients
- Managing a high volume of outgoing and incoming hires
- Maintain records, manage purchase orders-and process documentation
- Processing admin enquiries
- Negotiating hire rates
