Hire Depot Supervisor Inverurie, Aberdeen. Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hire Depot Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy hire depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising depot staff, ensuring equipment availability and safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting operational performance across the depot. This is a practical role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable being both operational and customer-facing. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily depot operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards Lead, coach, and support depot staff, ensuring high performance and strong team engagement Manage equipment hire workflows including intake, inspection, maintenance coordination, and dispatch Ensure all equipment is maintained, compliant, and ready for hire Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records relating to hires, stock, inspections, and health and safety Monitor depot housekeeping standards and ensure a safe working environment at all times Support stock control, asset tracking, and damage reporting Carry out deliveries and collections when required Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies Carry out regular safety checks and risk assessments within the depot ..... full job details .....
