Previous experience within plant, equipment or vehicle hire is highly desirableThe RoleAs Hire Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day running of the short-term hire operation, ensuring equipment is available, customers are kept informed and all hire administration is completed accurately and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating short-term equipment hire from initial enquiry through to completionScheduling equipment and arranging deliveries and collectionsContacting customers and providing updates throughout the hire processPreparing quotations, processing orders and raising invoicesRaising purchase orders with equipment suppliers and updating internal systemsBooking equipment into the system when deliveredWorking with suppliers and identifying opportunities for cross-hireSupporting equipment sales and finance-related administrationMaintaining accurate hire and sales recordsResolving customer queries and issues promptly and professionallyBuilding strong relationships with customers and ..... full job details .....
