To prepare accurate quotations, follow up on them3. To process contract orders working towards sales flow chart4. To maintain accurate records ensuring our CRM and databases are up to date and accurate.5. To schedule jobs and prepare all necessary paperwork6. To be responsible for general office admin7. To resolve customer enquiries regarding hoist operations, referring to the Operations and Contracts Manager where requiredRole purposeTo take ownership of customer enquiries, quoting, follow up and office administration tasks, seeking to continuously improve and streamline daily tasks and processes.To be responsible for administering job scheduling and completion for construction hoists, completing all the necessary checks and paperwork in a timely manner.Reports to: Sales ManagerEssential skills, knowledge and experienceAbility to manage and prioritise a demanding workload; exceptional oral and written communication skills, effective IT skills.
