Company National construction hire company Job Title Hire Desk Controller Location Bury St Edmunds Salary up to £32k / annum + 7.5% bonus (possible stretch for experienced candidates) Role: First point of contact for customer enquiries Responsible for receiving orders and collections of equipment. Calculating and supply of quotes Planning transport for deliveries and collections Working jointly with all departments Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received Full training on product range will be given.
