You will join a busy  fleet operation, coordinating the hire and movement of equipment across multiple sites. This position would suit an organised Hire Controller who communicates confidently and can keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate plant and equipment hire requests from internal teams and sites Arrange deliveries, collections, exchanges and off-hires Check equipment availability and source suitable alternatives when required Maintain accurate hire records, orders and system information Liaise with site teams, suppliers, transport providers and engineers Monitor equipment movements and resolve delays or availability issues Respond quickly to breakdowns, changes and urgent requests What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Hire Controller, Plant Coordinator or in a similar role Experience within plant hire, construction, utilities or infrastr...
