This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in plant hire, tool hire, powered access, lifting, welfare, accommodation or a similar hire environment who enjoys building customer relationships and delivering outstanding service. You''ll be joining a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same, playing a key role in ensuring customers receive the right equipment, on time, every time. The Role Managing incoming hire enquiries via phone and email. Preparing quotations and converting enquiries into hires. Coordinating plant availability, transport and collections. Liaising with customers, drivers and engineers to ensure smooth delivery of equipment. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
