The successful candidate will play an important role within the depot, managing customer enquiries, coordinating equipment hires and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service.The Role:As Hire Controller, you will be responsible for managing incoming hire enquiries, producing quotations and processing hire orders. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, advise on suitable equipment and coordinate the hire process from initial enquiry through to delivery, collection and off-hire.You will also liaise closely with the transport, workshop and sales teams to ensure equipment is available and customers are kept updated throughout the hire process.Key Responsibilities:• Handling incoming customer hire enquiries• Producing quotations and processing hire orders• Advising customers on suitable plant and equipment• Checking fleet availability and allocating equipment• Coordinating deliveries and collections• Managing on-hire and off-hire equipment• Liaising with transport, workshop and sales teams• Maintaining accurate ..... full job details .....
