The role of Hire Desk Administrator in brief:Taking hire enquiries via telephone, email and the online ordering system.Processing hire orders and ensuring all customer details and booking information are accurate and up to date.Checking the availability of machines and maintaining accurate machine statuses on the company systems.Coordinating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct machines are prepared and delivered to customer sites.Assisting with hire documentation, delivery and collection arrangements, and general administration.Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and suppliers, providing a helpful and professional point of contact for depot enquiries.Supporting the Hire Desk and wider depot team with day-to-day administration.The ideal candidate for Hire Desk Administrator:Previous experience within a Plant, Powered Access, Tool Hire or Material Handling environment would be advantageous.Previous ex...
