This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in the powered access or plant hire industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate engineer workloads, schedules, overtime and client communication. Manage job reports, quotes, invoicing, stock levels and parts supply. Support hire desk enquiries, contracts, logistics and telesales. Maintain hire equipment compliance, including LOLER and PDI requirements. Manage parts enquiries, supplier liaison and stock records, including van stock. Oversee driver, vehicle and fleet compliance, tracking and audit records. Manage visitors and contractors, including sign-in, documentation, safety and PPE. Provide general administration, customer support and GDPR compliance while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
