This is a varied role combining customer service, plant and tool hire, sales, transport planning and driver coordination. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone and email. Process plant, tool and equipment hire orders and sales. Coordinate daily driver schedules and deliveries. Manage driver performance, holiday schedules and timekeeping. Ensure vehicles are serviced and MOTs are completed on time. Maintain stock and keep the shop/yard clean, organised and safe. Assist with deliveries during busy periods. Maintain high standards of health & safety, customer service and operational performance. Monitor and improve KPIs. Support promotional events and new product initiatives. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in plant hire, tool hire, logistics, transport or a similar environment is desirable. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
