They are looking for a Hire and Sales Co-Ordinator who has a background in a similar role. The Role As Hire and Sales Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with customers and transport/operations/dispatch departments to fulfil orders and deliver outstanding service. Processing hire and sales orders from initial enquiry to dispatch. Responding to incoming telephone calls in a positive and enthusiastic manner, converting enquiries to orders where possible and processing. Completing designated tasks to support the department in achieving set targets providing excellent customer service. You will engage with yard personnel to understand product profiles, availability and transport capability. Develop your technical knowledge of products, allowing you to embrace existing and new product developments in the market. Proactively work with existing, lapsed or potential clients, promoting the company''s products and services and broadening the customer base. Your background will be in building, construction, site, plant, access equipment, scaffolding, rental or tool hire sectors and you will be very customer focused.
