Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of customer hire and sales requirements from enquiry through to fulfilment.Manage multiple customer accounts, ensuring service level agreements and response times are consistently achieved.Process quotations, contracts, and orders accurately using company systems.Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Source equipment and services from both internal divisions and approved external suppliers.Negotiate delivery schedules, availability, and rates where appropriate.Monitor ongoing enquiries and projects, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout ..... full job details .....
