The role is fast paced and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders. You will act as the link between our depots, customers, and Rehire suppliers, ensuring equipment requests are sourced, confirmed, and delivered within strict service level agreements. You will be responsible for managing the full hire process from enquiry to completion, including sourcing competitive quotes, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring delivery deadlines are met, and handling administrative follow-up such as unconfirmed hires and invoice queries. This role is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and supporting the growth of our rehire network.
