Hillingdon - QSW - Front Line (POA) Team - £37.52 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Front Line (Point of Access) Team for Hillingdon Council

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming referrals and contacts through the Point of Access, ensuring timely and appropriate decision-making.
* Undertake initial screenings and assessments to identify risk, need, and required level of intervention.
* Work within a fast-paced front door environment, prioritising safeguarding concerns effectively.
* Liaise with multi-agency partners to gather information and inform robust threshold decisions.
* Provide clear recommendations for onward referrals, including Early Help, Child in Need, or Child Protection services.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date case recordings in line with statutory requirements and local policies.
* Apply strong knowledge of legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and safeguarding frameworks.

* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* -37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years'' experience in children''s social care
* Experience working within MASH / Front Door / Point of Access services
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong understanding of safeguarding thresholds and statutory processes
