This is a hands-on operational role for somebody who knows surfacing properly. You will need a strong understanding of machine-laid carriageway surfacing, hand lay, footway works and general highway works, alongside the ability to organise labour, run multiple sites and maintain the standards expected on live highways projects. The company offers a strong basic salary alongside excellent overtime rates, giving an experienced Surfacing Supervisor the opportunity to significantly increase their overall earnings.
