Highways Supervisor

A well-established UK Highways Contractor is seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to support the delivery of highways and infrastructure schemes across Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong site supervision experience within the highways sector to join a growing team delivering essential infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
·Supervising highways and infrastructure works on site to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
·Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and plant to maintain efficient operations
·Ensuring full compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
·Producing accurate site records, reports and daily site diaries
·Monitoring progress and reporting updates to project management teams
·Conducting site inspections and ensuring works meet quality requirements
·Supporting planning and scheduling of works across multiple schemes
Requirements
·Proven experience within Highways and Infrastructure projects (essential)
·Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
·Strong report writing, record keeping and site diary management skills
·Ability to manage site teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
·Good understanding of health & safety regulations within highways works
·Willingness to travel between project sites in Surrey
Essential Certifications
·SSSTS or SMSTS
·NRSWA (Streetworks Supervisor)
