We''re recruiting for a Highways Supervisor to oversee Highways and Vehicle Restraint System (VRS) works across the region. This is a night shift role, supervising site teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate VRS installation works during night shifts
·Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures
·Monitor site progress and quality of works
·Liaise with operatives, subcontractors, and management to resolve issues on site
Requirements:
·SSSTS or SMSTS certification
·Valid Safety Critical Medical
·NHSS Passport
·CAT 4+ trained (minimum)
·Strong knowledge of highways works and site supervision
