Highways Supervisor - StructuresWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Highways Supervisor to work on a major National Highways maintenance contract, with works across the Cambridge and Peterborough region.The RoleThis is a hands-on supervisory position overseeing highways maintenance works, with a strong focus on structures, including:Bridge inspections and maintenanceBridge bearingsGeneral highways structuresSupervising site teams and subcontractorsEnsuring works are delivered safely, on time and to National Highways standardsThe majority of work will be carried out on night shifts and weekends, with occasional day shifts available.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Highways SupervisorEssential: National Highways experienceProven experience supervising structures and bridge maintenance projectsStrong understanding of health and safety and highways maintenance operationsWillingness to travel across the Cambridge/Peterborough areaValid CSCS and relevant supervisory certifications preferredPackage 350 per shiftLTD or CIS payment availableOngoing workIdeally suited to candidates who do not require lodgingFor more information please contact Max (phone number ..... full job details .....
