Site Supervisor - Highways Scheme Location: Bristol Rate: £(Apply online only)/day CIS Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a highways engineering scheme in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable Supervisor with a strong background in delivering works on site, managing teams, and driving programme performance.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, managing internal operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements Manage and coordinate gangs, subcontractors, and site resources effectively Drive progress on site and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting delivery Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction information Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with RAMS Monitor productivity and support the Site Manager in achieving project milestones Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners Promote a positive health and safety culture across the workforceRequirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within highways SSSTS qualification essential First Aid ..... full job details .....
