Highways Supervisor

We''re currently seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to oversee multiple schemes across the Midlands on a freelance basis. With works scheduled throughout August and September, we''re looking for a reliable, proactive individual ready to hit the ground running and ensure all schemes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities: Supervision of highway works including VRS and fencing installations Daily coordination with site teams and subcontractors Ensuring health and safety compliance on all worksites Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings Monitoring quality and productivity Maintaining daily records and reporting progress via Excel/Word/emailRequirements: SMSTS (preferred) or SSSTS Valid CSCS card First Aid at Work certificate CAT and Genny certified National Highways Passport (desirable) Experience with Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) and/or fencing highly beneficial Chapter 8 compliant vehicle Must have own laptop/device with email, Microsoft Word and Excel accessIf you''re a hands-on, organised supervisor with a passion for highways and civil infrastructure, we''d love to hear from you.
