Highways Supervisor - Scotland Up to £55,000 + Company Van Salary: Up to £55,000, dependent on experience Location: Scotland - travel across various sites required, with occasional support in Northern England Contract: Full-time, permanent Working pattern: Days and nights, with working away required Are you an experienced Highways Supervisor looking to take ownership of highways works across Scotland? You will be joining a forward-thinking business operating across the highways maintenance and infrastructure sector. With a strong focus on safety, innovation and high-quality delivery, the company works across drainage, civil engineering, structures, technology and other specialist highways services. Your role As a Highways Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, planning and delivery of highways projects across Scotland. You will be working across drainage surveys, trenchless remediation, filter drain recycling and wider civil engineering activities on the strategic road network. You will be doing a hands-on role with regular site presence, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
