      <description>Location: City | Salary: 230.00-230.00 Daily | Type: Permanent | Platinum People are recruiting for a Highways Reactive Supervisor across the Midlands. This will be a site based role with regional travel.Job Role Highways Reactive Supervisor-Supervise reactive highway maintenance including pothole repair, patching, minor civils, kerbing, ironwork and drainage clearance-Plan, allocate and brief crews and sub-contractors daily. -Ensuring right people, materials and traffic management are in place before work starts-Lead by example on Health and Safety-Carry out dynamic risk assessments-Monitor quality and workmanship and liaise professionally with clients and highway authority representativesPay rate Highways Reactive Supervisor- 230- 250 daily depending on experience (CIS/Umbrella)-Contracted to 10 hour dayRequirements Highways Reactive Supervisor-Full UK Driving Licence-CSCS card-NRSWA Street Works SupervisorApply now for immediate induction and start date Highways Reactive Supervisor</description>
