Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Highways Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC contract knowledge and highways experience to support the successful commercial delivery of their projects. What You Will Be Doing As a Highways Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of highways projects from inception through to final account. You will be doing the following: Managing project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Administering and managing NEC contracts. Preparing, reviewing and negotiating subcontractor packages. Producing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Identifying, pricing and managing compensation events and variations.
