You will provide essential site-based leadership, setting teams and subcontractors to work safely while ensuring projects are delivered to programme and meet our high-quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead site teams in delivering highway maintenance and improvement schemes, including surfacing, drainage, and paving.Ensure all operatives and subcontractors are set to work safely with clear task briefings and robust risk controls.Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and project documentation.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and the public, to ensure successful project outcomes.Identify and manage site constraints, ensuring defects are addressed promptly to maintain "right-first-time" delivery.QualificationsProven experience in supervising site teams within highways, civils, or infrastructure environments.Relevant supervisory qualifications (such as SSSTS or SMSTS) and a valid CSCS card.NRSWA Supervisor accreditation for street ..... full job details .....
