Highways Project Supervisor

Role Overview As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating highways project works from planning through to completion. You will provide essential site-based leadership, setting teams and subcontractors to work safely while ensuring projects are delivered to programme and meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities Lead site teams in delivering highway maintenance and improvement schemes, including surfacing, drainage, and paving. Ensure all operatives and subcontractors are set to work safely with clear task briefings and robust risk controls. Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and project documentation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and the public, to ensure successful project outcomes. Identify and manage site constraints, ensuring defects are addressed promptly to maintain "right-first-time" delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising site teams within highways, civils, or infrastructure environments. Relevant supervisory qualifications (such as SSSTS or SMSTS) and a valid CSCS card.
