OT rate paid for occasional nights for resurfacing work   Hours:  8.5 hour working day   Location:  East Sussex - Eastbourne or New Haven      Overview   Our client is seeking three Highways Projects Supervisors to support the safe, efficient and right-first-time delivery of highways works across East Sussex. This role is site-facing and focuses on supervising operatives and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day delivery, and ensuring works meet safety, quality and programme requirements.  You will be working on council highways schemes for a Tier 1 contractor. This is a full-time site-based role with flexibility where operationally appropriate.   Key Responsibilities    Safe delivery and setting people to work    Set operatives and subcontractors to work with clear scope, task briefings, risk controls and quality expectations.
