This role is site-facing and focuses on supervising operatives and subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day delivery, and ensuring works meet safety, quality and programme requirements. You will be working on council highways schemes for a Tier 1 contractor. This is a full-time site-based role with flexibility where operationally appropriate.
