From essential day-to-day repairs to being a vital part of our Winter Maintenance squad, this is a hands-on role with great variety and excellent earning potential.What You''ll Be Doing as a Highways OperativeAs a key member of the Highways Operative crew, your day-to-day will include:Getting Hands-On: Delivering high-quality kerbing, hot and cold lay patching, fencing, and signage installation.Keeping it Safe: Conducting daily risk assessments, pre-site checks, and ensuring our sites, vehicles, and equipment are safe and secure.On the Move: Traveling across the county to handle tarmac work, white works, and gully repairs.Stepping Up: Operating a range of modern plant and equipment, and jumping onto flexible day/night shifts and winter standby rotas when the business (and the weather!) needs you.Essential Requirements for Highways ..... full job details .....
