As an HGV Driver / Highways Maintenance Operative, you''ll support the safe operation and maintenance of trunk roads across the region. Working as part of a dedicated team, you''ll undertake a variety of activities that help keep roads open, safe and accessible all year round. This is much more than a driving role. You''ll be out on the network carrying out vital highway maintenance activities, operating specialist vehicles and plant, responding to incidents, and supporting winter operations to keep roads safe for the travelling public.
