Highways Inspector

On behalf of a leading integrated highways service provider, we are looking to recruiting for a Highway Inspector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular driven inspections of road signs and street furniture across designated areas in London.
• Identify and document any missing street signs and record any damage, vandalism, or deterioration.
• Assess the need for repairs, replacements, or upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs.
• Monitor and report on the progress of repair works.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address specific issues

About you:

Alongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful Highways Inspector will need to embody the company’s core values of cooperation and partnership.

Furthermore, you should have:

• Clean UK Drivers license
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify signs of damage or wear.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in using technology for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
